WNY Executive Candidates Meeting Excerpts – May 1st

Best Practice:

This week’s meeting featured elevator speeches without any aids, props or papers!  With the use of a branding statement, each  member presented who they were, why they should be hired and all within 30 seconds!

Following that exercise, the group paired off and interviewed each other to present their partner to the group.  It generated a lot of conversation and resulted in the group learning new things about their members.
